We have heard about Grace and her team from friends and have had brief conversations in the past. When we wanted to sell our home we thought Grace and her team might be a good fit. But have it had any working experience with them in the past. We met with Amelia and she reviewed the whole process from staging to open houses and other logistics. We decided on a date to have the listing on a certain date. During this time, their whole team got into work without us being involved much at all. Two days prior to open house. The team was quiet and reached out to Amelia. She said all the repairs were done and staged. Pictures will be taken the next day. At that moment, we really understood what it is to work with professionals like Amelia. We went and saw the home, I was so touched with the details they had added. Typically once house is staged, not many agents have the furnitures for more than 2-4 weeks. They had kept the furnitures the whole time. And they held the open house very weekend and Amelia was giving us updates after each open house. We had an offer that we were considering but I want to emphasize if it was not Amelia who was very patient and made the sale happen!! In the end we were so pleased with the whole process and so thankful that Grave, Amelia and her team were invested regardless of their other projects.
